- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex futures into actionable strategies for R&D and business units
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for long-term risk/opportunity assessment
- Present visionary insights to investors, partners, and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech trajectories
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategic foresight publications
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive consensus across complex ecosystems
