Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce predictive market intelligence reports on AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for future business ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Present findings to executive board and investor forums
- Build proprietary forecasting models using proprietary data platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
