Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead executive workshops on disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Design innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and autonomous ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (AR interfaces, climate AI)
- Author white papers on emerging socio-technological paradigms
- Manage cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, ethicists, and designers
- Advocate for responsible innovation frameworks in policy discussions
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ scenario planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/SFIA) preferred
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., AnyLogic, Stella)
