- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption and market readiness
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with technology focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) required
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight work
