- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published 5+ year horizon forecasts with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology applications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience designing ethical AI frameworks and human-machine collaboration models
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
