Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with design, engineering, and product teams
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at premier future-tech conferences
- Build and manage a network of academic, industry, and government futurists
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Advise executive leadership on long-term technology adoption and market positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
