Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, economic, and social signals
- Produce actionable intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive technologies requiring strategic investment
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational units
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Wild Cards)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
