Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational transformation, making you the cornerstone of our clients' future success.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Design and deliver strategic foresight workshops that challenge leadership teams to reimagine future business models
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers that shape industry discourse and client decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers to validate hypotheses
- Translate complex futures into actionable roadmaps with clear KPIs and implementation milestones
- Advour client CMOs and CEOs on emerging risks and opportunities in their specific sectors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or business strategy (articles, books, reports)
- Experience designing and facilitating executive-level futures workshops and retreats
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futures strategies implemented by major organizations
