- Design and execute global trend-anticipation programs using AI-powered foresight tools
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations targeting 2026 market readiness
- Build and lead a dedicated Future Intelligence unit of 8-12 specialists
- Present strategic blueprints to investors, boards, and government entities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent C-suite experience
- Proven track record of commercializing future-tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier media
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Scenario Planning)
