Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, AI, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining expertise in exponential technologies and behavioral economics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing foresight methodologies and scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning, Delphi method) and data visualization platforms
- Global network of innovators and domain experts across tech, policy, and academia
