Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 200+ global innovation sources to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration in enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional 'FutureSprint' workshops with engineers, designers, and ethicists
- Present trend forecasts to Fortune 500 clients via our proprietary Augmented Reality platform
- Author quarterly 'State of the Future' reports featured in MIT Technology Review
- Oversee incubation of 5 emerging tech ventures annually through our accelerator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial strategy (3+ Fortune 500 cases)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI governance)
- Proficiency in trend modeling tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Experience with scenario planning for geopolitical and climate uncertainty
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or APF)
