Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability teams
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Produce annual Future State Reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate global thought leadership summits on human augmentation and climate-positive technology
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 2026 incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Published work on climate-tech convergence or neuro-symbolic AI
- Expertise in systems thinking and causal modeling frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi method and cross-impact matrices
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science
- Demonstrated success scaling moonshot projects from concept to reality
- Fluency in at least two major innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, APAC)
