Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Build quantitative and qualitative models for future scenario planning
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce thought leadership content on future trends and disruption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
