Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 5-year strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce monthly trend briefings and quarterly horizon scans for executive leadership
- Design and implement early-stage innovation pipelines for emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with market evolution
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, backcasting)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Experience building AI-driven trend prediction models
