This role blends deep analytical rigor with creative foresight to navigate complex technological, social, and economic shifts.
As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional workshops, and publish influential trend reports that shape strategic decisions. You'll work in our state-of-the-art innovation lab in downtown San Francisco, surrounded by a team of world-class futurists, data scientists, and design thinkers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and markets to identify 2026 disruptors
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead immersive foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-ready strategies
- Author influential trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Advolve AI-driven forecasting tools to quantify future probabilities and impact assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, trend analysis, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience with AI-powered forecasting tools and data analytics platforms
- Strong network in innovation ecosystems and academic futurist communities
