- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across R&D, marketing, and operations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Translate complex future insights into executive-ready reports and investor presentations
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-ready solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Advise leadership on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and cross-cultural teams
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, WFS) preferred
