Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Design executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive market insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future demands
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Advise board members on long-term strategic positioning and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional executive communication with C-suite presentation experience
