Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with future trajectories
- Produce high-impact reports on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Monitor horizon scanning signals and validate predictive models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech/societal trends (2018-2025 validation)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
