Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using AI-driven scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decisions
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Present future-state vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Published work on emerging tech disruption (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating complex scenario planning deliverables
