Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro-interfaces) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ business resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in emerging tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, Millenium Project)
