Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and geopolitical trends to map 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, quantum computing, and bio-economy sectors
- Design and deliver executive foresight workshops and strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for global audiences
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advolve AI-driven foresight tools and predictive analytics in strategic processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their business implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, FSF) preferred
- Experience advising C-suite executives in Fortune 500 environments
