Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop actionable 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies using predictive modeling
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and societal impacts of technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic decision-making frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
