- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in futures research, systems thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling methodologies
- Experience developing enterprise-level transformation roadmaps
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
