As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market opportunities. Your insights will shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to anticipate market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with 2026 societal needs
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to test future-state business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and sociotechnical systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or similar)
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
