Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging macro-trends (AI, climate tech, biotech, quantum computing) to identify strategic opportunities and risks for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in high-stakes industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics
- Advortize clients on innovation portfolio optimization for 2026 readiness
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global foresight forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic pivots for disruptive market shifts
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business outcomes
