Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Architect strategic initiatives bridging emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) with human needs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Measure and communicate strategic impact through KPIs and horizon metrics
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic initiatives implemented based on future forecasts
