Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ business landscapes
- Translate future insights into strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops on future readiness and innovation strategy
- Author thought leadership content positioning the company as a futurism authority
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate emerging concepts
- Monitor and analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures narratives
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
- Passion for continuous learning in emerging domains
