As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology. You'll translate complex data into compelling narratives that guide organizational evolution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop scenario models for societal, economic, and technological evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future priorities
- Produce strategic foresight reports with quantified risk/opportunity matrices
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology ethics
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with AI-driven trend forecasting tools
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
