- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on future-facing business models
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Advise executive team on systemic risks and opportunities in 2026 landscape
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on technological disruptions
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or sustainable infrastructure trends
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., ACIF) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or scenario planning projects
