As part of our elite Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional leaders to anticipate technological disruptions, market shifts, and societal changes. You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies to develop scenario-planning frameworks that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage in an exponentially evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation initiatives and R&D priorities
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive briefings for stakeholders and investors
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps and user experience design
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor strategies to identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven storytelling and compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario-planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations with measurable business outcomes
