Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data across 15+ emerging domains to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technical feasibility with human adoption patterns
- Produce executive-grade trend briefs with quantifiable impact projections
- Architect strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Mentor junior strategists in futures literacy methodologies
- Represent Nexus at global foresight forums (Davos, WEF, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful trend-to-market translations
- Expertise in horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Experience with AI-driven trend prediction platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CFSD)
