- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market evolution across AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Lead executive workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Author high-impact foresight reports and thought leadership content
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Advise product teams on integrating future trends into innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing foresight frameworks or trend reports
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects implemented by Fortune 500 clients
