Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Author thought leadership publications and trend briefs for industry adoption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation
- Build quantitative models simulating long-term market disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems
