Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech acceleration, climate resilience) and translate insights into strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market disruptions across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state opportunities
- Produce forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Advise product teams on future-proofing technology roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and translating foresight into action
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating future-back strategic frameworks implemented by organizations
