- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-of-work and industry transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Build quantitative models forecasting market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful commercial initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems (VCs, research labs, academia)
