- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with quarterly objectives and resource allocation
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures and build organizational resilience
- Produce trend reports and white papers that inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to stay ahead of the curve
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies and adaptive planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
