Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready organizational designs
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Advolve product roadmaps based on future user needs and technological inflection points
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, climate tech, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
