Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models published in industry journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions using generative AI and quantum computing
- Advolve in patent strategy for emerging technologies with our legal partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of trend-prediction accuracy with quantifiable impact (case studies required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and probabilistic forecasting models
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent training
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
