What You'll Accomplish:
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying transformative technologies and societal shifts
- Develop actionable 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Create immersive future-state simulations and scenario-planning frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate DNA
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for trend analysis and pattern recognition
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design and facilitate executive foresight workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Produce quarterly Future Outlook reports with predictive market intelligence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish and maintain global network of futurist thought leaders
- Develop patent-pending foresight methodologies and analytical frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations at industry conferences and board meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futures research
- Proven expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Scenario Planning preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technology adoption curves
