Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data from 200+ global sources to identify disruptive trends with 3-7 year impact
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI governance evolution
- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Lead quarterly futures forecasting workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author white papers on human-AI symbiosis and climate tech breakthroughs
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate emerging tech investments
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenario-planning models or trend forecasts
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in futures visualization tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
