- Research and analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic patterns, and global megatrends to forecast industry disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning, incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams on post-2025 market evolution
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments aligned with long-term future-state projections
- Advise board members on geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 10-year strategic planning
