Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ markets
- Produce executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
