Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product and service innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future vision with business objectives
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and guide decision-making frameworks
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging industry disruptions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) required
