Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast disruptive shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-level executives in tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on next-generation innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Maintain Horizon's proprietary Trend Intelligence Database with real-time insights
- Represent the company at global futurism summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant domain expertise
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or future-state roadmaps
