- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build organizational resilience
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership positioning Innovatech as a future-shaping authority
- Establish innovation incubators for prototyping 2026-viable business models
- Analyze geopolitical/regulatory trends to anticipate market entry opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy/innovation roles with demonstrated impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, weak signal detection)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience scaling foresight methodologies across global organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives implemented
