Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and consumer behavior patterns through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market entry and product innovation
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Monitor and analyze global megatrends (AI, sustainability, biotech) and their business implications
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database and forecasting models
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of climate tech, quantum computing, or neurotech trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
