Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing high-impact pilot projects and proof-of-concepts
- Present actionable foresight reports to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory changes affecting future business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research at enterprise level
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
