Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption across product development and business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into actionable initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness metrics
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and external partners through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or AC/FS)
