Responsibilities
- Forecast global tech trends and socio-economic shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders via compelling visual narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive implementation of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Mentor teams on future-proofing methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend-mapping methodologies
