Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Author thought leadership publications in top-tier journals
- Manage innovation incubator programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Published author in technology or futurism domains
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio of successfully launched moonshot projects
